There's no minimum. Each chapter has around 50 guided questions. Answer as many as you like, skip the ones that don't fit, or write about anything else you want to remember.
Do I need any writing skills?
None, and no typing either. Reply to each text with a voice note of about a minute, and our AI turns it into a polished chapter that keeps your words, names and little details. If you'd rather type an answer now and then, that works too.
Can I buy extra copies of the book?
