Finally, a baby book I’ll finish
I had a regular baby book sitting on the shelf with about four things filled in. The weekly questions make this feel doable, even with a newborn at home.
From late-night voice notes to the day the book arrived, here’s what parents tell us about making their Littlebound.

“I didn’t think I’d have much to say, but every question brought something back.”

“I had hundreds of photos but no stories behind them. Now they’re all in one book.”

“The early weeks went by in a blur, but now we have those little moments saved forever.”

The book arrived while my mom was over, and we ended up looking through the whole thing together. The photos and little details got us both.
Most of my answers were recorded during feeds or when the house finally got quiet. I could just talk instead of finding time to write.
Everyone said pregnancy goes by in a blur, and they were right. A voice note a week on my walks, and now the first heartbeat, the name debate and the nursery plans are all in one book. I can’t wait to read it with our baby someday.
I have so many pictures from her first year, but the little stories behind them are what I really wanted to remember. Having both in one book makes it feel so much more personal.
I love that this captures the little things we’d never think to write down on our own. I can’t wait for our son to read about his first year when he’s older.
My first has a full baby book. My second had a drawer of photos and a lot of guilt. I answered the questions out loud while dinner cooked, and now he has a real book too. They sit side by side on the shelf.
I’m not a writer, so I worried it would read like a greeting card. It doesn’t. It reads like me telling her the story, minus all the ums. It lives on our living room shelf now.
